A Legacy in Women’s Hockey
With over 30 years of history, the Surrey Wildcats have been part of the South Coast Women’s Hockey League. Our team is built on the values of Patience, Culture, Growth, Commitment, Determination, and Pride.
We believe in the power of patience to develop players, culture to build a supportive community, and growth to improve our performance on and off the ice. Our commitment, determination, and pride unite us as we shape the future of women’s hockey.
League Schedule
Start Date : October 1st
Christmas Break : December 21st – January 1st
End Date : Mid-March
Provincial Championships : End of March (Chilliwack, BC)
Home Venue : Langley Can Lan Ice Sports Facility
Opponents : Competing against teams from the South Coast Women’s Hockey League
Who We’re Looking For
▫️ Athletes aged 18 and older (primarily in their 20s-30s)
▫️ University graduates from programs like NCAA or U Sports
▫️ International players with valid IIHF transfers
▫️ Graduates of U-18 or school hockey programs
▫️ Players aiming to maintain or elevate their skills in a competitive environment
▫️ Those preferring to stay in BC without relocating to other provinces
